10.0From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm and friendly attitude. The apartment exceeded our expectations, spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-ventilated. The sea view was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. Everything was well organized, and the overall experience was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Solid Residence Mamaia to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. A perfect 10 out of 10 experience!
A huge disappointment
1.0The underground parking was the only positive aspect. However, it was provided to us under unusual circumstances, as our original Booking.com reservation was cancelled.
− The apartment looks luxurious in the photos, but in reality it is musty and poorly maintained. The kitchen is almost completely unequipped — I even had to ask for a pot. The kettle clearly had not been cleaned for a very long time, and neither had the mini oven. You have to buy everything you need at the nearby shop, even kitchen towels. There is practically nothing provided in the apartment. The apartment is definitely not worth the price we paid. During our road trip around Romania, we stayed in six different accommodations, and this was by far the worst and, at the same time, the most expensive one. Definitely not recommended. Never again.
