− Nu era foarte curat, foarte multa galagie de la vecini, se simte lipsa aerului conditionat

− Apartament rece,când am ajuns erau 13 grade afara iar în casa 19... termostatul la centrala era blocat și controlat de proprietar on-line...a plecat centrala când a ajuns termostatul la 15 grade( deci nu a vrut sa consum gaza)...urat așa ceva. Parchet vechi și rupt.
