Poorly maintained apartment in beautiful environment.

− Technical issues: - One of the shower cabinets was leaking, flooding the whole bathroom floor. - When trying to clean it up with the mop, found it’s bucket’s bottom is broken. Got bucket from the neighbor. - The living room door’s handle is not stable on its place. - WiFi was not working in the evening. - On the top floor the water pressure is weak in the tap. Missing items: - No shower gel was provided. - In one out of 3 bathrooms there was no soap. - Dishwashing liquid was given just for request.

− Old furniture, dusty floor in rooms. Refrigerator was small, old and dirty. Heating System was bad. Cold in bathrooms. No toalett paper. Expensive related to the comfort.
