10.0這家公寓是老屋室內重新裝潢的，位於古城區中心地帶，距離塔替尼廣場僅3分鐘步行距離，地點絕佳，房東事前連繫會面地點，幫我們卸行李，提供我們費率較低的城外特約停車場(一天12歐元)，還提供免費公車票卡讓我們能來回古城和停車場之間。有客廳、完善的廚房，兩間卧房和衛浴間，除了沒有洗衣機外，設施非常齊全，甚至有膠囊咖啡機，並免費提供咖啡膠囊，油鹽各種調味品都有提供，還免費贈送自製核桃酒ㄧ小瓶，自製果汁一罐，自製梅子果醬一罐，迎賓軟糖一盤。 住在老城區觀光非常方便，所有景點都是步行可達，一天可以全部逛完。 非常滿意。
