− 4 Stockwerk viele Treppen zu laufen vor allem mit dem Koffer etwas mühsam
Beste Lage mit unkomplizierten Gastgeber und Privatparkplatz im Zentrum der Stadt.
10.0Gastgeber ist sehr professionell und unkompliziert. Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens geklappt. Wohnung ist in bester Lage von Nis, sehr sauber und optimal für einen Kurz-Trip. Privater Parkplatz mit Schranke inbegriffen mitten im Stadtzentrum.
− Schlafzimmer ist Richtung Hauptstrasse ausgerichtet, sodass man den Verkehr hört. Ist aber normal, zumal das Apartment mitten in der Stadt ist.
