Apartman se nalazi u mirnoj ulici, ali veoma blizu magistralnog puta sto je meni znacilo. Zgrada u kojoj se nalazi nije novijeg datuma, ali je lepo odrzavana, a apartman je renoviran, veoma prijatan i ima sve neophodno i za duzi boravak. Fotografije su verodostojne. Ivan je korektan i prijatan za saradnju.

Great spacious apartment with excellent value for money! (Very cheap for one night) ​There are plenty of parking spaces right in front of the house, which was very convenient. The apartment itself is very large and located in a very quiet area. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a proper fridge, and a comfortable sofa with seating area. There is also a small, covered balcony niche—though it would be even better if the seating there could be adjusted a bit higher. ​The self-check-in and self-check-out process went absolutely smoothly, and we simply left the budget inside the accommodation. Overall, we are super happy with the price, as it was very affordable. Please be aware there are no outside relaxing possivbilities, in terms of the type of accommodation and price it is no real disadvantage. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly and relaxing stay! Tour Reccomondation: We also highly recommend a canoe/kayak trip on the beautiful Uvac Canyon! However, please note that reaching the famous Molitor Viewpoint by Cayak this way is quite strenuous, even for advanced kayakers. (Our Opinion) we started at Coordinates 43.417017,19.938163 (directly next to vidikovac sedlo). Then it takes about 2.5 hours to paddle to the trail starting point, followed by roughly a 1-hour hike up, and another 2.5 hours to paddle back. Even though we do a lot of kayaking back home in Germany, we decided to only paddle 1 hour out and 1 hour back due to the weather and our fitness levels. We recommend driving cayak 1-3 hours on uvac canyon and go by car to starting point to Molita Viewpoint and not by cayak. The canyon itself is absolutely breathtaking and a must-see, but make sure to plan plenty of time and book through a professional tour operator!

− As two small optimization tips: the covered balcony niche would benefit from slightly higher chairs to make the space fully usable. Also, it would be helpful to share the check-in instructions a bit earlier; compared to all the other accommodations we booked in Serbia and Montenegro, we received a bit less information beforehand and had to proactively message the host. However, this wasn't a big deal at all - if you just chat with the host, you’ll figure it out quickly and easily!

Čistoća i opremljenost stana. Okolina je zapuštena ali za to vlasnik stana nije kriv nego opština. Sva oprema je funkcionisla apsolutno ispravno.

− Neke sitnice su nedostajale, kao električno kuvalo za čaj i vodu kao i krpe za brisanje posuđa (bile su sunđeri ali ne krpe od tkanine na koje smo naviknuti u svojim domaćinstvima.
