10.0Очень приветливый хозяин. Замечательное расположение, практически во дворе течет ручей, его журчание дарит полный релакс. Хорошо оснащенная кухня, было все необходимое и даже больше! У нас получился чудесный отдых, надеемся вернуться!

A lovely quiet location with a lot of space and potential, but needs work
6.0The location is wonderful, quiet, next to a creek. It's clean and there is a lot of space. I was able to charge my e-bike.
− I had to air out the apartment first, it smelled a bit musty. It was cold and it took several tries by my hosts to get the heating going. It happens that something doesn't work well, but I would be happier if somebody checked if the heating works before I arrived. There is no couch in the living room. The TV channels and menus are in Russian (or some other language that uses Cyrillic), so I was unable to use it. It's actually a bit of a shame, it could be such a lovely place, but it needs a bit of care to get the little (and not so little) things right, before I can recommend it.

10.0Peace and quiet , very discrete owners, privacy of the yard and parking. Small river , terrace , walking roots starting from your door . We recommend!
− Humidity smell in one of the rooms. But that's the price you pay for gorgeous stream passing literally through your premisses. You need a car .
