− Pokazený sušiak Pokazené svetlo v kuchyni Málo radiátorov, na ktorých sa dali sušiť veci (konkrétne len jeden v kúpeľni)
Na WC chýba madlo pre vozíčkára a bezbarierový prístup do sprchovacieho kúta.
