5.0The apartment was large and comfortable with great views Although there was a few maintenance issues Pool was good .
− The management company gave a very poor service.we was left to find apartment at 10pm as no one was there to greet us although we was told someone would show us.No instruction book to show where things were or how to operate things apartment left unlocked with keys inside.for us to find .Should state not suitable for people with mobility issues steep hill at front or poorly lit damaged staircase to rear .Cleaning has a lot to be desired thick dust under furniture and on top of fridge .Management company were cancelling my calls when I was asking questions that night .Owner needs to talk with them about quality of service .Given wrong instructions how to use safe had to wait until next day to get all problems sorted.. No one arrived to check apartment and I am still waiting to hear from them 3 days later.

− Bed to hard Nobody there to greet us, had no idea which room or how to get into room. Apparently, info was sent, but as we got in late, we didn't have internet access, so there was info regarding how to access room. Thankfully, a staff member appeared who gave us the number to call so we could find out what was happening. It was very scary at first as no info, no one to greet us as we were told, it was late so was worried we had no where to stay for the night. Communication with property management was poor. Despite sending several messages, I never got a reply. We had no key to safe, had to query swipe access for back gate as we were not given any and wasnt aware of them until we went out locked back gate and saw someone come back in using cards. TV in the bedroom didn't work. It was replaced in the second week, but it was not programmed, and we couldn't access TV in the end. Should have been given electricty reading on arrival and then halfway through stay this did not happen. Thankfully, we were not charged for the electricity usage. Advertising shows jacuzzi, sauna, and gym, which we believed we had use of only to find out we had to pay extra to use. We paid around $1100 for the stay and not sure what we actually paid for as a little of extra things we had to pay for to use. And again, with no safe, no TV in the bedroom had to pay for electricity. I'm not sure why the cost is so high to rent the apartment. We were to get toiletries, got half a roll of toilet paper, and that was it. No dish washing liquid. Despite all these issues, we enjoyed our time in Kamala beach.
