Convenient Location, Condo Rules Take the Shine Off
7.0Clean, comfortable, and good-looking apartment in a great location. Everything you need is within walking distance: Bolt pickups, a 7-Eleven, a night market, restaurants, and massage. The pool is a nice bonus. Good value for a short stopover.
− Towels were minimal and not enough for a longer stay, especially when you need them for the pool too. Hot water was inconsistent. The condo vibe is quite restrictive — stickers everywhere warning of 2,000 baht fines, no smoking even on your own balcony.
Lage gut, Umgebung gut, Uebergabe und Mängelbehebung katastrophal.
4.0− Schlüsselübergabe: Der Schlüssel war in einem falschen Schliessfach. Die Waschmaschine konnte nicht benutzt werden, da der Wasserschlauch nicht dicht war und Wasser direkt zur Stromsteckdose spritzte. Obwohl sofort gemeldet, kam ein Arbeiter erst am 2. Tag um 17.15 Uhr. Internet konnte ab dem 2. Tag nicht mehr benutzt werden, da die Internetrechnung nicht bezahlt wurde. Obwohl gemeldet, wurde es nicht behoben. Besteck unvollständig. Nur 1 normales Messer vorhanden. Wir musstn dieses teilen beim essen.

10.0ที่พักดีมากทำเลดีมี 7เว่น อยู่ข้างล่างตึก เดินออกไปอีกนิดก็มีร้านอาหารเยอะแย่ะ ชอบที่สุดคือเจ้าของบ้านดูแลดีมากๆ มีปัญหาหรือขอความช่วยเหลือในด้านต่างๆ เขาพร้อมช่วยเหลือได้ทันที(ประทับใจมากคับ) ห้องก็สะอาดสะดวกสะบายตรงปกคับ ผมเป็นคู่รักมาฮันนี่มูลคับ ถ้าคราวหน้ามีโอกาศจะกลับมาอีกนะคับ ขอบคุณมากคับ
