8.0Я искала номер около торгового центра, чтобы там пожить неделю, спокойно походить и провести шопинг. В рабочие дни я работаю, у меня было немного времени вечером. Это удобно, чтобы спокойно выбрать в один день, подумать и осознанно купить на другой день. Не нужно каждый день проводить время в дороге с пляжей острова. Хозяин был любезен, передал лично карту и взял залог 1000 бат. Было предоставлено две упаковки воды для пользования бесплатно. В номере была стиральная машина. Но нет гладильной доски и утюг старый и испорченный. Посуда, мыльные принадлежности все были. Кровать удобная, но твердая. Есть бассейн в кондо. Звукоизоляция тоже была хорошая. Мы на острове жили 55 дней и неделю из них выбрали такой формат проживания. Отиличное соотношение цена/качество. Ходили в воскресенье на два ночных рынка, рядом NAKA market и в Old Phuket Town. Всё пешком, всё рядом, очень удобно. Кушали в торговом центре, уже там точно голодным не останетесь.
− Заменить обеденный стол, гладилка сломана от воды, ну и утюг заменить, он испорчен.

We left the location early due to the mattress topper. The landlord did refund the remaining days.
7.0Had all the amenities that we were looking for and the location was ideal. The owner/ landlord was very helpful providing advice on transportation and things to do.
− After a few days, my wife and I laundered the bed linen and noticed that the mattress topper was unsanitary. I contacted the owner/landlord for his awareness.
Nice place to stay
9.0Nice and clean. Had everything I needed. Well stocked with enough bottled water and toilet paper. Close to big mall and supermarkets. Excellent kind host.
− The washing machine hose needs to be attached to drain. Had to hold hose over drain otherwise floods the balcony.
