4.0− After long day at work i arrived to the apartment and there was no hot water. I had to wait another hour and a half for water to get hot. When i wanted to enjoy a little bit of tv time before sleeping - tv not working. When i asked the host about hot water he said that he forgot to turn on the water heater. When i asked about the tv he said "oh i didnt pay the bill for tv so they suspended it". Price was too high to experience something like this
