9.0Tökéletes apartman. A tulajdonos nagyon szimpatikus segítőkész. Az apartman mindennel fel van szerelve. Patyolat tisztaság. A központ 5 perc sétára van.
− Sajnos a 7. emeleten van az autópálya mellett ami miatt kissé zajos.

10.0Apartament jest świetnie zlokalizowany – do rynku w Bańskiej Bystrzycy jest około 1,5 km, więc można tam bez problemu dojść spacerem. Dużym atutem jest również wygodne parkowanie – tuż przy budynku znajduje się kilka dedykowanych miejsc postojowych. Apartament mieści się na 7. piętrze, a na górę można wygodnie dostać się nowoczesną windą. Sam lokal nie jest bardzo duży, ale został znakomicie zaprojektowany i urządzony, dzięki czemu jest bardzo komfortowy. Część kuchenna jest świetnie wyposażona – do dyspozycji gości jest komplet naczyń, szklanek i kieliszków, a miłym zaskoczeniem był ekspres kapsułkowy do kawy z zapasem kapsułek. Na plus zasługują również bardzo wygodne łóżka oraz funkcjonalna łazienka z przestronną kabiną prysznicową, dużą umywalką i sporym lustrem. Wieczorem można odpocząć przy dużym telewizorze Smart TV z dostępem do platform streamingowych, takich jak Netflix. Bez zarzutu działa także szybkie Wi-Fi. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa recepcji. Całość dopełnia naprawdę atrakcyjna cena – stosunek jakości do ceny jest rewelacyjny.
