2.0− Számunkra csalódás volt, hiszen nagyon jóra volt értékelve ennek ellenére koszos volt, és egy alapos karbantartásra, felújításra lenne szüksége a lakásnak. A lépcsőház pedig bűzlött a cigi füsttől.
