6.0Decoración y descanso: El apartamento está decorado con buen gusto y la cama era bastante cómoda para descansar tras el viaje. Aceptaron el acceso tardío: Aunque costó bastante gestionarlo, el anfitrión terminó cediendo y nos permitió hacer el check-in a las 20:30 h tras sufrir un imprevisto en la carretera.
− Falta de flexibilidad y empatía al llegar: La ventana de entrada es muy reducida (de 13:00 a 19:00 h). En un viaje por carretera por Eslovenia, donde pueden surgir imprevistos, tuvimos que insistir muchísimo para que nos permitiera entrar a las 20:30 h (tampoco era una hora intempestiva). Distribución y espacio muy limitados: Es un apartamento extremadamente pequeño. Tiene unas escaleras de caracol tan estrechas que es totalmente imposible subir las maletas arriba, por lo que tuvimos que dejar el equipaje abajo y hacer prácticamente toda la vida en la zona de la cocina. Cocina deficiente: De todos los alojamientos en los que estuvimos durante nuestro viaje por Eslovenia, este fue con diferencia el peor equipado. Apenas hay menaje, las sartenes estaban muy estropeadas y casi no hay encimera ni espacio de trabajo para preparar nada. Presión incómoda en el check-out: Además de un cartel enorme en la entrada recordando la salida estricta a las 10:00 h, a las 10:03 h el anfitrión ya estaba en la puerta de forma vigilante mientras terminábamos de recoger. A las 10:15 h, nada más salir, nos retiró las llaves y entró directamente. Una actitud muy poco hospitalaria que deja una mala sensación al marcharte.
