First month stay in Thailand

The cost for this stay was incredible at first look. Host meet and immediately assisted with all needs. Pools are what sold me and are incredible for multiple laps and just relaxing. Gym was also a great addition with lots of equipment to decompress and relaxing water featured scenery. There are multiple cafes, convenience stores, laundry and etc. There are multiple staff members also on duty to assist in anyway possible along with ample security.

− Didn't see or read that there was a $60 deposit for electricity on top of the rental price which may have lead me to book a different room since the price would have then been comparable. Locally, at building 3 of the Maldives there aren't any local shops nearby or shall I say "none in safe walking distance along the dirt roads with stray dog lurking. Because of the bad location, Grab drivers and delivery drivers will have a hard time finding it so make sure to be patience as they try and navigate to the facility. I stayed at the facility for about a month, but during one week of my stay I have a neighbor that wasn't very pleasant. For some reason they felt the need to be loudest and noisiest neighbor in the facility. With multiple loud visitors, loud kids, balcony smoking that made its way on to mine daily, banging cabinets and doors and furniture throughout the day. I ended up just having to leave the apartment multiple times throughout the day which was a real downer. This unit is on the backside of the building so no pool view but I'd give the views a 5 out of 10. But the icing on the Cale :) The stove hot plate kitchen unit was malfunctioning there for it had to be powered off via circuit breaker during non use. Some how I managed to crack the glass top of the stove during use, just my luck, and now there manager is asking for a brand new $500 stove top which he doesn't seem like he is budging on. I've offered multiple options to resolving this issue and it doesn't seem like he's open to any other options than "Let buy a brand new $500 Lowe's Stove". And just buy looking at it, it's 12x16in cook top on the counter. smh.
