10.0القائمين على السكن قمة في أحترافية التواصل وتلبية طلبات النزيل المدونة خلال أتمام عملية الحجز. السكن حميمي يشعرك بأنك في منزلك. الموقع قريب جدا من سكاي ڤالج أبها. يجاور السكن مقهى يستحق التجربة وكذلك مركز لرياضة البادل. سيتم تكرار السكن فيه بحالة زيارة مدينة أبها مجددا.
− النت ضعيف نوعا ما وهي ملاحظة مشتركة في أغلب مدن الجنوب التي زرتها (الطائف، الباحة، أبها) لأنها تعتمد على الراوتر وليس ألياف بصرية.
