8.0Room is well located, spacious and has good facilities. Hosts were friendly. There was an issue with the hot water when i was there. The complex was not generating enough hot water with the solar. The owner went over and beyond what was reasonable and installed a small hot water system within 24hrs. Minor issue fixed quickly and without fuss by the owner 10/10

10.0Отдыхала больше месяца,Карстен ждал меня на месте,постоянно были на связи,отвечает быстро на сообщения,что очень удобно и приятно.Хозяин показал квартиру и все удобства,даже приготовил мне упаковку воды -6 больших бутылок,что было очень удобно,не таскать из магазина.В квартире есть всё до мелочей,вам просто нужно зайти и жить,очень чистый бассейн,плавала там каждый день.Уборка в квартире производится каждую пятницу,меняют постель и полотенца,есть так же полотенца для пляжа и циновка для песка.Очень удобное расположение кондо,через дорогу рынок ромпо,Джомтьен найт маркет в пешей доступности,на рынок ратанакорн тоже ходила пешком.все магазины рядом,до моря пройти 7 минут,не смотря на бары рядом,очень тихо вечером.
