Cena příznivá, vybavení by šlo vylepšit. Na přespání dobré a pozitivní dojmy spíše převažují.
6.0Dosah železniční stanice, autobusové stanice, Lidlu. Na to, že jde o panelový dům, tak velký klid.
− Byt by si zasloužil renovaci v některých oblastech. Posuvné dveře do koupelny se rozpadají, vše z koupelny a WC je slyšet v bytě. Odpad ve sprše neodtéká. Chtělo by to doplnit nádobí v kuchyni. Doporučuji doplnit třeba cukr - museli jsem si koupit kilo cukru, protože v kuchyňce je jen sůl a zbytek kafe v sáčku. Pro označení jako apartmán by chtělo tyto drobnosti vylepšit.
