Отличный бюджетный апартамент на втором этаже дома. Лифта нет. Для инвалидов не подойдёт, так как лестница в парадной винтовая. Апартамент состоит из двух комнат: спальни и кухни. Всё необходимое есть: микроволновка, чайник, стиралка, холодильник, вешалка, утюг. В каждой комнате есть кондиционеры. Отличный душ, хороший напор воды. Хорошее расположение. Вежливый и отзывчивый хозяин. Любезные менеджеры быстро решали поставленные задачи. Заказали у хозяина желтое такси, но в итоге приехал большой трансфер Майбах. Сказали, что доплачивать не надо. Большое спасибо! Близко от центра. Если выйти налево по этой же улице, то можно дойти до площади Султанахмет и Голубой мечети. Если пойти направо и свернуть на улочку справа, можно дойти до Гранд-базара, но придётся подниматься в горку. Справа на этой же улице, если немного пройти вперед, находится хорошая столовая, где мы брали вкуснейшую чорбу. Также от апартаментов можно пешком дойти до ж/д станции и до порта Еникапы. Нам понравилось всё. Большое спасибо!

It was close to downtown. The beds were comfortable.

− There were a lot of ants in the apartment. There wasn't even enough light in the bathroom to shave or put on makeup. The towel racks in the bathroom were broken, the shower gel and shampoo were in 1.5 liter soda bottles in the shower, while the sinks were empty. The handles on the cabinets were missing. The walls and ceiling are so thin that you can hear every movement of the sofas. If someone on the upper floor moves or snores, the person below wakes up at night.

Do not recommend despite the price. Friends stayed in a much nicer place for only 10 euro/night more

Location was good. Not much more.

− Unfortunately, the price and quality of this accommodation do not align. The biggest issue was the quality of the sleeping arrangements. The mattresses were extremely sagging and clearly well beyond their usable lifespan—by several years. They were so uncomfortable that it felt as though you could roll out of bed. The apartment also had a stale smell, as if it had not been properly aired out, and the shower appeared to have mold. Wi-Fi was unreliable at times, which resulted in us having to use additional mobile data. Another concern was the payment arrangement. The landlord required payment in cash only, and no receipt or other proof of payment was provided. This lack of documentation made the arrangement feel questionable and is something future guests should be aware of. Communication and check-in were also difficult. The woman who provided the keys did not speak English; fortunately, I know some basic Russian and was able to communicate with her. I also requested a second key to the property, but the host did not respond to my requests despite having read the messages on WhatsApp. The value was particularly disappointing when compared with other accommodation available in Istanbul. Friends traveling at the same time stayed in a clean, modern apartment in Beyoğlu, a stone's throw from Galata Tower, where each room even had its own private bathroom. They paid only about €10 more per night. The location was just as convenient, but the quality of their accommodation and overall stay was simply not comparable. The décor itself was not the issue; basic comfort, maintenance, and service were. At this price point, guests should reasonably expect a decent mattress, a clean and properly ventilated apartment, reliable Wi-Fi, proper documentation of payment, and responsive communication from the host. Based on our experience, even a hostel would offer better value and more comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Pasha's house was in a great location as we could walk to many choices of restaurants for all our meals. We also walked ro the Hagia Sophia and the other major landmarks without much trouble which is such a great way to experience this part of the city. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. So great to have a washing machine too ! The airconditioning was very effective and the neighbourhood nice and quiet. The host was always very responsive and proactive.

− As this is a lovely old building with timber floors and ceilings, the noise from the people walking around etc above us was quite annoying at night when trying to get to sleep if they are still up.
