− Зазначив що приїду 23.00-00.00. Приїхав, подзвонив багато разів, але трубку не взяли. Довелось шукати інший отель в нічний час!!!

Власник ухиляється від сплати комісії на туристичного збору, тому вигадує такі огидні схеми.
1.0Це шахрайська схема. Надають зовсім інше житло, яке так навіть не виглядає. Підозрюю, що даної квартири не існує взагалі. Запропонували квартиру 33 Івана Сірка 14. Квартира була чиста, але зовсім інші зручності. Все гірше ніж на цьому фото. Ціну ж взяли таку ж. Єдиний плюс квартири «на заміну» - прибирають дійсно добре, вночі заселили, рушники та постільне чисті.

Absolutely wonderful. Perfect for me and my needs.
1.0No breakfast available here. Location was excellent for me. It was a different property as the one advertised was not available for whatever reason. But I couldn't be happier with the apartment that I had.

As always love Sumy and will return again. But with less noisy neighbours hopefully

− Small fridge, couldn't get anything in it. Noisy neighbours above always thumping their feet when walking around. And allowing the kid to run about. So annoying.
