8.0Хорошее расположение.Есть все необходимое.Все хорошо, техника, стиралка, утюг, фен.Автовокзал, остановка, магазины, рынок, магазины-все рядом, очень удобно.
− Моменты которые нужно подправить.Тараканы-их много, кастрюли сковородка требуют обновления, забрызганы жиром на кухне стены, присутсвует шум от светофора на улице, квартира в Хрущевке-по объявлению подумали в новом доме.А так все хорошо.
