1.0− Власниця житла відмовила у заїзді до квартири за два дні до зазначеної дати, мотивуючи це тим, що в неї орендували апартаменти на тривалий Квартиру я бронювала за місяць до заїзду. На сайті було зазначено, що вона вільна на необхідні мені дати. Порушуючи правила booking, власниця почала писати мені у вайбер, пропонуючи іншу квартиру за більш високу ціну і вимагаючи 1000 грн передоплати на свою картку. Просто шахрайка!!! Неймовірно! Не раджу мати з нею справу.
Треба якось штрафувати власників квартир за таку їх поведінку
1.0− Забронював цю квартиру. Пройшло 3-4 години, але ніхто мені не подзвонив. Я набрав власника квартири сам, так як заселення було на наступний день, а він мені повідомив, що квартира не здається. Те, що я з далека та їду з двома дітьми, його не хвилювало. Він проста не встиг убрати квартиру з оголошення.
