1.0− Бронювання підтвердили, на звʼязок так і не вийшли. Прочекали більше години на холоді, довелося шукати інший варіант ночівлі.
Все чудово окрім шуму трамваїв,повторно не заселюсь.
8.0Пояснили,зустріли,заселили.Привітна хазяйка,йде на зустріч при домовленостях. Квартира простора,чиста. Деякі проблеми з сантехнікою,але не критично. Гарне розташування,інфрастуктура,вокзал поруч.
− Мінусом стало те,що під будинком проходять колії трамваю,і при руху транспорту(старі шумні борти) дуже шумно і будинок вібрує) Тому кому важлива тиша,це не ваш варіант. Дуже мяка пружинна кровать. 4 поверх без ліфту,смердить підїзд і біля будинку.
