10.0Затишна квартира, з усім необхідним для комфортного проживання. Розташування хороше, поруч ресторани, магазини і супермаркети. 5 хвилин до фонтану. Квартира на першому поверсі з гарним виглядом у двір балконом. З великих плюсів для власників електро автомобілів, відразу під балконом зарядні станції.

10.0Дуже зручне розташування будинку, будинок схований від дороги, біля будинку є місце для паркування, поряд супермаркети та різні магазини і кафе, вікна у тихий двір, в квартирі тепло, чисто, затишно, гаряча вода постійно. Є вся необхідна побутова техніка і посуд. Купити питну воду можна прямо напроти входу в під'їзд. Ліжко та диван зручні. Власниця намагається виконати всі побажання клієнтів при поселенні.
