− Без таксі або власного авто далеко від центру. І дорога не дуже добра , з однієї сторони брущатка з іншої просто дороги немає

− Похила та низька стеля над ванною. Стоячи душ приймати неможливо. Тільки сидячи. Але нарікань до чистоти самої ванної ніяких - хірургічна чистота. Можливо в інших номерах стеля стандартна.

− Розташування не дуже зручне для маленької дитини , так як посешкання знаходиться нагорі , до центру досить важко дойти пішки з дитиною або візочком
