− Бронирование было подтверждено 27.02, никаких уведомлений об изменениях или проблемах с заселением до дня приезда не поступало. Однако в день заселения хозяин сообщил по телефону, что в квартире продолжают проживать другие гости, поэтому заселить нас не смогут. Считаю такую ситуацию крайне неприятной, особенно когда рассчитываешь на подтверждённое бронирование и приезжаешь с планами на проживание. Надеюсь, мой отзыв поможет другим гостям учитывать возможные риски и заранее дополнительно уточнять информацию у хозяина.
