9.0Perry contacted me several times before we visited to see how he could assist us, and he contacted me during the stay to ensure that all was going well. Our host provided excellent instructions in advance. Check-in was a breeze with door codes. The unit is spacious and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with equipment. The unit can easily accommodate a family with young children; there was a crib, high chair, books, toys, movies, etc.. We enjoyed the location; we used the T every day and it is only a short walk to the station. The unit has a washer and dryer and all laundry supplies. It is on the first floor of a charming, older home with pretty gardens in front and back and many lovely houseplants inside. We didn't rent a car but our son visited frequently and he did not have any problems with parking. Our hosts had kindly offered parking in the driveway but we did not need it. The unit was comfortable and fully met our needs.

A spacious, comfortable apartment, ideal for visiting Boston.
9.0Perry was a great host, he was in touch beforehand to guide us and he sowed up at the property to check that everything was OK for us. The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for us all to sit around in the evening, we even sat on the deck in the sunshine. Great location being easy walking distance to the T which got us to the centre of Boston with ease.
− The second bedroom would have benefitted from bedside lights and tables, even if it was a squeeze it would be an improvements. A few more knives would have been good.
