10.0Our hostess lived above the apartment. She left the front door key on the counter in the kitchen.
− ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! The apartment was decorated like a doll house! Each room was perfect from the lines on the beds, to the big & small knick-knacks all around the home, the fireplace was lit and the living room was so cozy!! The kitchen had glass cabinet doors and the most adorable antique dishes displayed so perfectly! Full washer & dryer, hair & shower supplies, a huge yard for our pets! The price was more than fair. My only wish is that we could have stayed a few more days!!

The fresh smell when I walked in, the amount of room we had, the thoughtful things such as having enough towels and toiletries, the comfy couches, the faux fireplace, the washer/dryer, the BBQ and porch set up, the variety of TV streaming stations, how accommodating the owners were, the peaceful and tranquility of the property and surroundings, the location, pet friendly, etc...I can go on and on.
− The only thing that I can think of not liking is that we had to leave and get back to reality.
Chilly apartment
4.0The apartment itself has potential: it’s in a beautiful natural setting, very clean, nicely decorated, and has a full kitchen which we appreciated.
− We arrived around 6 PM, and the apartment was very cold. The instructions on the fridge mentioned that the two dehumidifiers should not be turned off, but they were projecting cool air into the space, making the rooms feel even colder. The only source of heat was an electric fireplace located in the living room. Because the bedroom had no heating at all, it was extremely chilly during the night. The bed covers were very thin and felt more like summer covers, so they didn’t provide enough warmth. We ended up taking all the sheets and blankets and sleeping on the couches in the living room, close to the fireplace, but it was still very cold. We kept the fireplace running all night just to stay warm. We also reached out to the owner about the situation but unfortunately did not receive a response. People book an apartment or hotel mainly because they need a comfortable place to sleep. We had an important business meeting the next morning, and sadly we were unable to sleep properly due to the temperature. That's why we give a 4.
