− The air conditioner a bit noisy
Good choice if you want to be in Aventura and have a car.
8.0The apartment was very well-equipped and comfortable, the complex's pool was nice. The walking path by the golf course is very nice.
− The unit is located right next to the road, so there's too much traffic noise to be able to enjoy the balcony. No commercial amenities in walking distance.
Great stay, strong location close to the beach and aventura mall.
8.0The property was spacious and great to stay with if you traveling with family. It had all the necessary kitchen supplies. All rooms had smart tv’s so you have access to entertainment.
− Although the host came to help us with the AC, both of the bedrooms didn’t have a strong AC like the living room. Miami during the summer is very hot so that was the only issue.
