− The kitchen was filthy, cabinets were sticky to touch, we had to wash all the dishes and silverware before using - the few pieces that were provided were mismatched. We even had some plastic plates and bowls with Walmart labels still attached, obviously not washed. There were no drinking glasses or wine glasses. When we contacted the owner to ask for glasses, we were brought plastic cups from the Dollar Store - with the labels still attached. I don't know why there was left over food and spray foam in the kitchen cabinet. We didn't even try to cook.   The apartment smelled of smoke, despite the no smoking signs. Some of the room fans were broken, none cleaned. There was mold in the bathroom, peeling wallpaper and a painted (not glazed) painted bathtub and floor. While the shower turned on, the control valve was broken, and we could not adjust the temperature - we took cold showers. The "towels" provided were more like receiving blankets, very thin and not absorbent. Throughout the unit there was bubbled and peeling paint. The lamp in one bedroom did not work. There were no USB ports in the unit. The bedroom screen was ripped, could not sleep with window open. The outside furniture was a wicker love seat with no cushions and table chair cushions that were faded and torn. While parking was available, it was next to trucks with flat tires or up on jacks and a rental truck loaded with debris.

It's huge house ! Three huge bedrooms

− The toilet had problems made it very hard for me but I continue to rent because I traveled far ! A couple of bugs inside ! The neighborhood in front very dangerous ! Up all night in cars walking around !

− The environment was uncomfortable. The property could have better locks to secure the property. I don’t think the door code was good enough.

Great owners, cozy house

The owners were very helpful and responded quickly. We noticed there was no usb port and they brought a charge cube immediately. Also, they brought us coffee, creamer and sugar. So generous.

− Lots of sketchy people hanging around. But they apparently were living there so it was ok. Just a bit worrisome
