10.0The fact that this apartment had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so close to everything we wanted to do and see in Fairbanks was perfect! Living room was comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking. The beds were soft and it gave us so much space!
− Limited on kitchen supplies. There was a coffee maker with coffee but no tea kettle. We ended to going out to buy one from a thrift store to donate to the house.

− Very minor complaints, master shower has a significant leak in the shower head, bath light needs a new bulb, shower shampoo was empty, and only a couple of sheets left in the roll of paper towels. The unit is very good overall, just minor details to pay attention to make it an excellent.

− There wasn’t any washcloths in the bathrooms. Also, it would be helpful to put at least one safety bar in the bathtub shower area.
