10.0Abel es muy amable y se preocupa por tu comodidad. Me guardó las maletas al llegar y al marcharme ya que mis vuelos no coincidían con los horarios de check-in y check-out. El lugar está a mano de todo y estaba muy limpio. También cuenta con lavandería.

− Pets allowed; Room nextdoor had 2 dogs that started barking at 6am one morning and continued for 3 hours.

5.0Downtown location near the docks. Good food in the area. Host was responsive when checking in. Friendly. Good value compared to hotel and motel room price. Charm of Kodiak Island living.
− Lots of homeless people hanging out in the area. No black out curtains in the land of the midnight sun? Made it hard to sleep. No fan - but was offered one. One window didn’t have a screen. No AC which was fine but could hear the people fighting or screaming. Broken refrigerator door handle.

− The heat didn't work, but the spce heaters kept us comfortable. We are thankful for those with winter still hanging on.
