− Owners are not accommodating regardless of sharing three different dates to rescheduling, reached out to booking.com and confirmed owners could make the exception to approve or deny request of change dates, owners denied every request. Remind you we didn’t request refund just a change of dates since we wanted our children to be with us too on my birthday June 7 so we were attempting to accommodate the family in a bigger unit which was available nevertheless owners denied. Not sure if this was unfair or discriminatory towards a Hispanic family. Laundry dryer doesn’t work took my funds downloaded the app to add additional $ app not working. Washer worked, had to go back home with wet clothes. Kitchen supplies limited, extra pillow, blankets and air mattress however air mattress full of dust and hair :/ Location is the best part! Everything else I would pass especially the customer service

10.0It was amazing. Very well kept. So so close to the beach. It was a little chilly out so I didn’t get a chance to check out the personal pool, but looked fantastic. A great big 10 to the owner, he definitely knows what he’s doing.
− Just the raised threshold on the patio door. I tripped on it but I knew it was there. They really have no choice. Very smart idea with the storms and rain they receive.

The beach is lovely, the front desk is good, the unit was clean, the unit above us was noisy.
6.0Close to the beach, it was wonderful.
− The view from our unit was not enjoyable. The back of the unit and porch is situated in the parking lot and a service corridor and vehicle traffic including someone who backed into our screened porch while we we sitting there pushing the potted plant towards us. Cleaning staff on their phones outside our screened porch every day.
