9.0Great location close to downtown and Chico State which was great for us. Nice and quiet little studio with just the basics that most people need. Bed was comfortable. Parking in the garage was very helpful so we didn't need to figure out where to go with the very limited street parking around. Offering bikes for guests was a huge plus since the area is very easy to get around on a bike and close to the park. Hosts were easy to communicate with and provided quick response and assistance when needed. Would stay here again.
− A slightly larger kitchen garbage can and dedicated recycling bin would have been helpful. Some of the cookware was dirty and needed washing before use.

Wonderful location, property, and host. Not a thing could be improved (and I am picky).
10.0This place was perfect in every way. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive whenever I had questions. In addition to the best location possible, bikes were available for use; yes, I did take a bike ride. I highly recommend this property and host, and look forward to returning next time I am in Chico. Every detail was taken care of.

It was a nice place, hope these items are assessed.
6.0The location was great very close to the college and restaurants. We also had a full garage which was great, since we had stuff for our granddaughter. The coffee selection was great. We had access to various TV channels and comfy blankets.
− I normally take my shoes off in my house, as I did when we entered the room. The floor was dirty. Although the coffee was nice, there was no creamer. The sheets on the bed were dirty, with hair and dirt.
