− The sewer smells near the staircase
It rained the whole weekend and the waves were crazy, however we had a great time. Lisa and Katherine were great!

8.0Location, location, location! Stayed in a one bedroom unit of a rental condo property. Booked at the last minute. Host Lisa was fabulous - extemely accomadating especially when we locked ourselves out of our room. Pool was clean and very well maintained. Property was old school motor court but privte all the same. Beach was gorgeous, free loungers and chairs were a plus. Free parking is awesome! Shaded spot next to unit. Safe, private stay.
− Furnishings were a bit tired and dark for a beach rental. Kitchen was oddly appointed, had its challenges. Cleanliness in a few spots was slack. No paper towels in unit.... thouhgt that odd for a 3 day rental. Only two bath towels for two people... Thank goodness we had brought our own beach towels. Priced a bit high for the unit we were assigned. We will likely try another resort during our next visit to Longboat.
