− Our room was dirty, there was stuff splattered all over the walls. The fireplace didn’t work.

− We didn't stay in the room that was booked but a similar one. Was charged more than what was quoted. Booking stated 296 but my credit card was charged 312 not sure why??? If someone could please respond with an explanation I would appreciate it.
