Except for the slight inconveniences listed above, I enjoyed my stay.

− The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. The door to the upstairs area needs a secure lock. The walkway to the unit needs to be sprayed for mosquitoes and other pests.

5.0Pet friendly. Good water pressure. I booked for 3 days, only stayed 2.
− There are no physical keys. To enter the property you need the door code which was never provided via email. I had to call to get access. The outside needs attention, as the stairs are steep and the entrance stairs are not stable. The furniture is dirty, please replace. Trashcan had maggots. The area was questionable and I didn't feel safe. Wi-fi did not work. Please update the information manual. I will never return to Patriot House/Housing again if this is the level of service provided. Even my pet was in dis-belief of the conditions. Very disappointed. I didn't sleep in the bed, strictly based on the appearance of the chairs. Bring your own linen and bedding. I bought a bed set from Big Lot and slept on the couch.
Will never stay there again.

− Location. Difficult to get to. Outside sets were in need of repair. Inside floors were uneven and unsafe. In general the house is in need of lots of repairs and upgrades. The wifi was not strong enough. Could watch TV or use my laptop.

− Nothing never got in the apartment, I booked a hotel through Expedia and this is the 2 time I have been screwed over through booking.com and I will never use this site again
