The advertisement of the space can be misleading. While yes it is clean and updated newly it is a basement in the bottom

Perfect Hideaway
10.0It is as the photos show. A very tastefully renovated basement. Quiet area, but close to public transport, which can easily take you into DC. Having a washing machine and dryer with detergent provided was extremely useful.
− The dehumidifier was very noisy. Everything else was great.
Would stay again.

10.0What more could one ask for? Situated on a quiet and bucolic cul-de-sac in Falls Church that is centrally located in the NOVA/DMV area, this place checks ALL of the boxes. It was very well-appointed, with essentially brand-new everything. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom included a very good hair dryer, more towels than we actually needed, and even the little things, like Q-Tips and cosmetic pooves. The kitchen was fantastic, with a brand-new stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker, all of the crockery/cutlery/dishes, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer. There was even a stackable washer/dryer. We highly recommend this place, especially if you want to be in the midst of everything (close to the District), but without the great din from the highways. Compared with hotel prices in the area, this is definitely the way to go!
− We absolutely loved everything about the place! That being said, as we enjoy having salads regularly, having a mixing bowl might make a useful addition to the collection of kitchen utensils/accoutrements...
