Good unit but lacking service promises.

− No WIFI, living room AC not working, cracked toilet in the master’s bedroom with ponk stains.

− overpriced, hidden taxes, misleading advertising. I had to call several times and hold in line 20 minutes to be told where to park my car. I had to call again to have WIFI and to wait to be texted with that information. When I arrived I discovered an extra 72 dollars fee to register. in booking it was initially 179 but it becomes fast more than 400. (They charge you 250 dollars for a cleaning fee but you have to leave the room clean) Basically, they tell you to: 1. wash your cups or plates if you use them 2. bring your trash with you if you are leaving 3. take out your shoes before entering the property 4. Sand is prohibited inside the room, be careful with that 5. to reduce the consumption of electricity or you will be extra-charged for that too. I paid more than 500 dollars for just sleeping there. Very unwelcoming and overpriced place. Be aware of all the hidden charges they will let you know as soon as you pay. Dont forget to take the trash with you and turn off everything or you will be fined. Piece od advice: Make a video as soon as you leave to show the conditions you left the room (just in case they want to extra charge you for no reason). If you are lucky enough to have read this comment before booking this place: RUN!!!

Nice apartment and facility

We liked the kitchen options to make our own meals like breakfast We liked the washing machine that we didn't know in advance, and it came by handy

− The apartment is a little old, the living room air conditioner didn't work ( it was not too hot) and the bedroom air conditioner makes a lit of noise
