I would gladly recommend it to others looking for a rental on a quiet street near campus.
9.0The place was clean and not run down at all, and the rental was easy to manage. Great shower pressure (one of the things that actually matters to me). Coffee/creamer/coffee maker provided was helpful and appreciated, as was shampoo. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.
− Could be my mistake but I had thought it was a house rather than one of several units more like an apartment complex. I was surprised there was no silverware. The mattress was adequate but not top end. But these are minor notes, which is why I still give a high rating.
