The owner was extremely helpful and responded to any questions quickly. The apartment was nice and clean and the neighborhood was relatively quiet but it was 4th of July week.

− The clothes dryer is small and it took item a long time to dry, especially towels. There is no shopping in a walking distance and only 1 restaurant thst I rate as average and expensive so next time renting a car.

Nettes kleines Apartement nahe am Strand mit leichten Lärmproblemen.

Liana, unsere Gastgeberin, war sehr freundlich und hat proaktiv kommuniziert. Als kleines Gastgeschenk hat sogar eine Flasche Rotwein bereit gestanden! Die Unterkunft liegt unweit des Indian Rocks Beach (ruhig, familienfreundlich), den wir klar dem etwas überbewerteten Clearwater Beach bevorzugen. Die Laufdistanz vom Apartment zum Strand ist die gleiche, als würde man den öffentlichen Parkplatz benutzen - also wirklich höchstens 100 Schritte. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war ausreichend gut, ebenso wie die Größe für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Wer also eine verhältnismäßig günstige Wohnung ohne große Highlights in Strandnähe sucht, ist hier gut beraten!

− Ein paar Punkte, die mich nicht zu einer 10-Punkte-Bewertung gebracht haben, wurden teilweise auch schon von anderen Nutzern erwähnt: 1. Die Schlafzimmer des Apartments liegen direkt neben dem Gulf Blvd - der Hauptverkehrsachse auf der Insel. Ab spätem Abend ist zwar nur noch sehr wenig Verkehr, aber wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, dürfte Probleme damit haben. 2. Coco's Restaurant und Bar liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Als wir die Woche dort waren, war lediglich an einem Tag (Samstag) live Musik bis Mitternacht. Die Band war immerhin gut! 3. Der für mich größte Punkt: Die Abwasserleitung der Toilette aus dem darüber liegenden Apartment ist wohl nicht schallisoliert und verläuft direkt in der Wand des Schlafzimmers. Wenn also die Gäste darüber morgens um halb sieben auf Toilette gehen, hört man nicht nur ein Rauschen, sondern sämtliche Bestandteile - there is not much room for imagination... 4. Für ältere Gäste würde ich das Apartment nicht empfehlen - die Treppe nach oben ist sehr schmal und mit Gepäck könnte es unsicher werden, wenn man nicht mehr so stabil im Gleichgewicht und kräftig ist.

We liked everything. The apartment was awesome, in great conditions, and very well equipped. We felt comfortable all the time. We also loved the close and easy access to the beach, location is perfect.
