The house is beautiful and has everything you need.

− I need to finish that pool, especially when you have kids.

La posizione strategica per poter vedere piú posti, parcheggio, spazi comodi in casa, una bella struttura, accesso alla spiaggia comodo, un profumo per tutti i corridoi, e non ultima una meravigliosa vista sull’oceano, con un terrazzo super comodo performance perche poi godersi il rumore delle onde.

Decor was nice inside condo. Condo was clean, but smelled musty and old.

− I gave this place 3 stars and the main reason was that there were too many crazy rules. We stay somewhere every year on the beach and have never had to abide by so many rules with the consequence of a $250-$500 fine. If I would have seen these things prior to booking, I would not have booked here. So, hopefully this helps others. #1- Do not move the furniture. Of course, we typically never would need to, but there is a chair right by the balcony sliding door that blocks your view of the ocean from the living room couch. In fear of the $250 "moving furniture" fine, we just dealt with it. It honestly was in the way. #2- Thermostat needs to be between 72-84 degrees 24/7. If not, a fine. There were many nights were were hot, but were afraid to lower it. The other solution was to open the windows or balcony door to enjoy the nice ocean breeze and relaxing sound-that is not allowed either, stating that it could cause mold or wear on the furniture. #3- The blinds and curtains were to remain closed at dusk (something to do with the sea turtles and light in the windows). So, we could not enjoy the ocean sounds after dusk or even look out at it from our condo which was something we love to do on our trips. #4- There is a lock on the door knob that apparently cannot be turned at all. We made the mistake of somehow turning it (we still have no idea how that happened) and was locked out of our condo for two plus hours because there was no key in the lockbox that was on the door and when contacting the owner (who I will say, was very quick to respond) she seemed extremely aggravated that this happened and said she would send a message to a locksmith and we were to just wait. She reiterated that this has never happened and made us feel like it was our fault stating "this is why it says do not lock the bottom latch". My husband was able to pick the lock before the lock smith even called us back.

Noise, construction, dust and filth, couldn’t stay at rental due to child asthma and risk to health

− Misleading. Noisy and dust from construction. Could not stay due to child’s asthma. Renter lied and refused a refund.
