− Det var väldigt smutsigt, kackerlackor och deras ägg i garderoben. Vi var tvungna att be dem att städa om men det blev ändå inget vidare. Massor mögel i tvättmaskinen osv... väldigt äckligt.

Location was great. Mostly because it’s right next to the Mercure hotel.

− Property was being difficult about the check-in and keys. From our messaging transcript, you can see that the receptionist was not at the desk, and my family had to wait 40 minutes before checking in. Landlord was not there and said he ‘was coming’. Turns out the there was no receptionist and the security guard outside (for the whole massive complex) took the money, and showed us up to the apartment. It was looking okay, until we saw 5 cockroaches crawl out of the kitchen sink within 8 hours. I messaged the landlord, who told us to run the taps a little as it had been dry. After more cockroaches and complaining, the landlord’s wife came to the apartment with kill spray! We wanted out, and the landlady came reimburse us for the rest of the nights, but still charged us one night! We left for the Mercure just next door, and it was infinitely better and extremely comfortable.
