Very bad place with a lot of rules that I believe they won't favor anyone
1.0− In my experience, I was asked to pay a R1,000 deposit before check-in. I was unhappy because I did not receive the deposit back, and this led to a dispute. One of the issues involved water damage near cupboards located in the bathroom. I felt that the setup made it easy for water to splash onto the cupboards, but I was still held responsible for the damage and asked to pay for repairs. The situation became very stressful when I was contacted repeatedly regarding the dispute, and my employer was also contacted about the matter. Eventually, I felt it was necessary to involve the police. This was a very unpleasant and traumatic experience for me, and based on my personal experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

− The signing of the book, the breakage deposit etc was the first time I have had to do this with my many stays through booking.com. Sad that there are many bad tenants where this has to be implemented. My deposit was refunded very quickly.
