4.0− When we arrived, there was no hot water, so my staff had to wait 40 minutes for someone to open the door and let them in. The beds very uncomfortable mattress lumpy.

− We had to wait to enter the accommodation. The unit was still being cleaned when we arrived. The wi-fi was not working. The Netflix was not working. There was limited channels available to watch on television.

The actual unit was great however the lack of service and poor communication means that we won’t be staying here again.

− No wifi. No air conditioner. Both of these are listed as items that are available. Requested an early check in which was confirmed but the unit wasn’t ready on arrival at the confirmed time.
