The Unit with is furnishings and size was the highlight as value for money.
6.0The unit is huge, modern, clean and almost well equipped. The view is really good.
− Although it is stipulated in the rental agreement that no loud parties or boom boxes are allowed. the unit above us was partying till 3am , (We could not even turn our TV on in the evening unless we closed all the doors), without any staff member on site reporting it, not even the guard.
It was ok, my sinus was affected due to the smell on the room so i couldn't wait to go home.

− the room is very damp, was hard to sleep. Seems like there could be a leak in the wall as the rooms had a very damp smell and i had to leave the window opened as i have sinus and it was affecting me . the shower also seemed to have had a leak as the water was going out the bathroom even with the shower door closed. Only 1 toilet roll was provided in each bathroom per weekend stay. More should of been given.

− Microwave was not working . But was quickly replaced after complain . Need proper bathroom mats . And by the kitchen sink .

− Water leaks frm shower ouside had to mop after each shower . No decent bath mats . No plastic dish for kitchen use . Tiles outside patio was broken . Upstairs people were too noisy . Pushing nd pulling furniture till 4 in da morning . Its been my 4th tym der cos i love da place . But i cud see sum maintaince work neeď upgrading
