The location near Duval Street was good. The inside part of the living space was comfortable. We did have issues with the balcony area outside of the unit.

− A rooftop, “Widows Walk” deck above our unit was under construction during the time of our stay. This created a great deal of noise and debris falling down into our private balcony area which made it nearly impossible to use. The owner of the unit promised to look into the issue but, so far, no response. Be careful about staying at this unit because it is independently owned and not part of the hotel. Undoubtedly, the hotel would have given advanced warning of the construction. The owner of the unit was not in contact with the hotel and, therefore, clueless and of little help. All in all, a bad and frustrating experience. *********************************************************************************************************** I have added to my previous review by including a picture of the debris that landed on our private balcony area. As you can see, the chunks of debris are quite large and created a safety issue. The owner of the unit claims that there was no such debris and that the work going on above could not have presented any issue for us. This is simply not true. The owner of the unit keeps passing the buck and claiming that he did not know about the construction on the roof deck. I believe that to be accurate. However, my rebuttal is that he SHOULD have known because he advertises use of the deck as part of the amenities of a stay. This makes it his responsibility to know. The owner of the unit has said that he will look into a partial refund for our stay but he keeps pushing this off. It has been nearly five weeks now and we still do not have any definitive information about a refund. Moving forward, I would advise extreme caution with renting the Island Suite unit and working with KW Vacations.

Excelente limpeza, espaço bom para família e ambiente tranquilo. Próximo da rua principal e do Porto. Facilidade de acesso ao quarto. Cozinha completa para fazer café da manhã. Proprietária atenciosa e atendeu a todas nossas questões e solicitações rapidamente

The location was perfect. It was perfect for 2 people.

Great location, nice amenities, super comfortable bed! Great shower pressure, plenty of hot water. Filtered water was great, we refilled our water bottles all weekend. Daughter feel in love with the hotel cat (all black) who would greet us every time we were going to or from our room. Sweetest cat ever. Bakery two blocks done has amazing pastries. The pool towels were great, and the private outdoor seating area very nice. Would book here again if we find ourselves in Key West again!

− Parking can be tricky on a busy weekend. Luckily we had a handicap plate so we got the one blue parking space on the same block.
