The weather was fantastic, the beach was beautiful, location was great, the cottages outside were beautiful and unique a
10.0The property is unique and cozy, located in perfect spot to the beach and to the shopping strip and restaurant/bars. Everything you needed for the beach was available to use, chairs, umbrellas etc- making it super convenient-
− The unit I stayed in had an outdated very small kitchen- the room had a beach musty smell to it, I purchased an air freshener to help with that, and some of the beach chairs can be updated as well , some are pretty old-

9.0The place was in a great area and close to the beach. The person I communicated with was quick with a response and helpful. I loved having all of the beach chairs and accessories readily available. They really did think of everything including sunscreen! It was a really quiet area and close to Siesta Village. We did the short drive to Turtle Beach. It was very crowded so we didn't stay long.
− The reviews we read on cottage #3 said that it was musty smelling. They were right. However, we purchased air fresheners and cooked a meal so it made it smell better. The AC unit was blasting cold air and had trouble regulating the temp. But just a personal thing. Nothing wrong with the place itself. Couldn't really enjoy the private deck. It had way too many mosquitoes.

9.0No breakfast
− No labels on shampoo,conditioner and body soap. Could have had better ply toilet paper. Bathroom needs a fan. Needed a box of tissues somewhere in the unit. On checkout day, the door did not lock for some reason. Living room TV did not always work and no channels could be watched.
