Good efforts in general upkeep!
8.0The location, it's a stone throw away from the beach, a Shoprite (unpleasant) across the street and a couple of take out restaurants. There are lots of efforts made for general upkeep of the block of flats and security, the apartment is well laid out and as per the pictures, also clean internally and sufficiently furnished for comfort.Lapa is quite clean too.
− Unfortunately, they are dealing with cockroach manifestation, something is being done. The Internet went off halfway through and was not fixed.

− Problems with the gate remote, didn't know how to use the stove🤣. Please include the cleaning fee information and also the breakage fee on booking.com

− There is no reception, to get direction into your room you must call, No cleaning service during your stay, you clean for your self, if they can change that it will be better

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed walking and staying so close to the beach
8.0Prime location, beautiful sea facing, close to shops restaurants and Game center. Unit walking distance on to the beach. Very well furnished, airy and spacious. Owners have maintained the place very well.
− There was too many cockroaches but given the fact that it is on the beach and within a complex, there was nothing much to be done. The Wifi was absolutely terrible, signal in the area is terrible thou.

8.0I loved the fact that de apartment is opposite a few restaurants, shoprite,pharmacy,club,gaming fun land and Seaview.
− If they can only try and double check if previous tenants washed the dishes and cutleries clean...
